2013 Travel Winter Registration

This form is for 2021 Winter Practice registration. We will hold sessions starting Dec 4, 2021 at Candlewood Middle School. They will be 1 hour sessions on Saturdays 1:30 to 2:30pm and we will be going through February 2022. We will also have 1 hour outdoor sessions on Sunday mornings.

You will have the choice to either do both indoor and outdoor or just indoor sessions. There is a price difference depending on the choice. Upon completing the form you will be redirected to the store page to complete registration.
