2012 and Older FCNY Winter Registration

This form is for 2021 Winter Practice registration. We will hold sessions starting Dec 4, 2021 on Saturdays and Sunday mornings as long as weather permits. These sessions will go on through February 2022. Standard training fees apply. Our teams will also play in Futsal leagues, those registration fees will be separate from our training fees.
